How about just being appropriate?

Not even touching on his first statement - how about calling me "retarded" (unfounded) and saying I "look like butt" (uncalled for)?

You just can't say whatever you want. Freedom of Speech actually has limitations.

You know...(as an example) just a little while ago phs_basketball got temporarily banned for personal attacks he posted.
I'm not going so far to look for the same thing here. Just a little common sense.

Guys, most of you know me from here, and alot of you know me personally, and will tell you that i am usually mello and chillin like a villian, but i do have a blind spot (as should anyone who has someone that they care about) If i am wrong for this in you alls eyes, then i really pity you all, not having someone special enough to defend.
